DS203 - blank white screen, not starting (English only!)

Hello,

I cannot read/speak Chinese.
This addess is printed on the back of my DS203, so I went here. But even the English site is half in Chinese despite the DS203 being sold internationally.

The problem: I have used it for a while but one day it did not load any firmware anymore.
When switched on, the screen remains blank white. Nothing happens.

What is wrong? What can be checked? What could be done?

Can anyone help with a solution (or a step towards it)?

Because can't see your DS203, appear white, is likely to be below the original:
1. The problem of screen out.
2. The key to burn some unofficial or operating errors, lead to the underlying program be erased.

Processing method:
1. Change the screen.
2. If you start work ability is strong, have the ISP tool or a serial port tools, you can do a burning, burning the bottom the firmware again.

software：stm32 flash_loader_demo_V2.5.0

The operation process：
         
                  1.short pin 1 and pin 2 （CN7）
                  2.use MAX232 to connect between com1 rs232 and ds203 serial pin
                    pin 4 connect rs232'Tx, pin 5 connect rs232'Rx,
                        pin 6 connect rs232'GND
                  3.pin 3 don't connect
                  
                  4.Turn on the DS203 switch
                  5.open flash_loader_demo  
                    download DS203_default.hex(HW Should be 2.81)

I think that is likely to be the screen is broken.When you boot with USB connection of computer, the computer can recognize U disk?

Tried to contact them as there is a legal warranty period attached to it (sold in the EU). They trade as "allesbest-de".

But guess what- this company has so far remained silent. No reply.
I hope I'm not going to regret buying from a company from China. I'm avoiding Alibaba already...
Have had other questionable experiences alredy (IBuygou was one of them).

Thanks sagittarius, not if I could give aid more graphic to perform the installation (DS203_default.hex) and help me with the meaning of (CN7) (MAX232) among others, would greatly appreciate your help, since I am new at this DSO.
