Hello,
I have an issue with my MHP50 where the displayed temperature is approximately 24°C lower than the actual temperature. I've tried to correct this using the temperature offset function in the menu, but unfortunately the offset has no effect on the displayed temperature.
Details:
- Actual temperature (measured with external thermometer): ~220°C
- Displayed temperature: ~196°C
- Temperature offset adjustment: Set to maximum +20°C (the limit), but no change in display
- Firmware version: [please insert your version here]
The offset function appears to be not working at all. I've tried:
1. Setting offset via menu multiple times
2. Power cycling the device
3. Checking if the offset is actually being saved
Questions:
- Is this a known issue with a firmware fix available?
- Are there any recent firmware updates (V2.01 or later) that address this temperature calibration bug?
- Is there a workaround, such as editing the config.txt file directly?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards |
