ES15 OLED no display

My ES15 seems to be working (motion control & LED), but there is no display on the OLED.
The screwdriver was not dropeed or damaged in any way.

Is there a factory reset procedure I can follow to get the OLED working again, or does the OLED need to be replaced?
How easy/difficult it is to replace the OLED by myself? Also, is there a particular model number for the OLED panel?
