hi, i've recently bought a ts80p iron but i can't use it for the following reason: No tip found

so before comming on this forum, i tried a few things, mainly:& G7 M7 n- R% ^: f b& O
5 S, f5 K5 h' `8 G7 ^
checking if the tip was properly plugged in, that didn't fix the issue

! X9 {, X3 R& O3 ]/ y) ^checking the power given to the iron, that didn't fix it either4 F6 y. o3 A$ q9 y4 o/ w

checking the software and reinstalling it, that didn't fix it.

So i'd like to know if it is possible to wipe out the bootloader and software to reinstall a previous version, because right now if i try to install a previous version, the output of it is a .ERR file (i tried redownloading a bootloader from miniware's github, tried to pass the bootloader, got a .ERR, tried the runtime, got .ERR, i tried to look into it but they all gave me .ERR, the only .RDY i got was when reinstalling the 1.3 version, which is the faulty one)
