Signal not saving to flash

The starting screen shows
"Correction..........
parameter record not found"
and also fails to save any signal data(shows Error when I try to do it).
Please help.

Please format the built-in flash disk (not DFU disk) of DS213 to "FAT" format, then you can save the configuration file.

It's "FAT" in windows system.
