I pay attention when buying products from China, but it embarrasses me that companies are unsympathetic and soulless. I just bought the product and it has been exposed to high voltage. The company first made me wait and they said they wouldn't be able to help, I'm so sorry. I used to praise this company a lot around me but now I can't because they act like their customers have no value. I offered to pay for the motherboard of the product but they said no and was denied.
