My DS211 just bought with S/N 822DD09C and firmware upgraded to V3.63D can not show the output signal. The instructions do not mention about how to do it.
I tried a firmware upgrading, not working. After I connected DS211 to the laptop the harddisk named DFU V3_60_D did NOT appeared.
so, I could not copy any hex firmware.
Please let me know if I still can use the actual settings to get the output signal or help me to get the firmware upgrade.
Is possible in the settings to measure a dc voltage, good to know.
How is your output signal input to DS211?
How is the wiring connected? Are there pictures or videos?
