TS80P CONFIG.TXT corrupted

Hello!
I opened CONFIG.TXT file and set Power to 30.
I saved the file.
And now I can not open it anymore.
My windows browser says it is corrupted.
I tried to flash new firmware and reset the settings to defaults. But I still can not open CONFIG.TXT file.
All other functions seems to work fine.

What OS you use? Can you try other computer?
