Are you sure the input is correct? Your serial number: 7D1E99A3 ,the unlock codes is one of : F27D29D9 or 5744AA83

I solved my problem

It was the wrong version of the bootloader. Using the USB-UART adapter, I uploaded the DS203_Boot (HW272) .hex file and after that the license code: 5744AA83 came up.
