ES121 died

Hello. I have used this nice device for about half year.
But one day it just switched of and never turned on again. I thought that battery is empty and have connect it to the charger. OLED does not light and screwdriver body becomes heating.
I have disassembled the screwdriver and disconnected the motor and battery. Connected to PC by USB and pressed the button. Now OLED shows me DFU:3.44, and USB drive can be seen in MyPC. I have copied the last firmware to the drive and assembled the screwdriver. Unfortunately the symptoms doesn't improved, screwdriver still not working. Looks like it is a hardware problem.
Is anybody meet such kind of a problem before?
Is it possible to get the schematics diagram somewhere?
