TS80 not connecting when attached to a power usbc power supply

I got my TS80 and when I connect it to the power supply of my phone (5V only) it gives me the low voltage warning. However, when I connect it to any real usb-c power supply it doesn't do anything. Display doesn't even flicker.

I meant to update the firmware but it also does not enter DFU mode when I press button A and connect the soldering iron to the computer. Regardless of pressing button A, B or none - the TS80 does not connect to the computer at all and doesn't start Up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
