Faulty new ES121

Hi,

I recently bought a ES121 and it was delivered just yesterday. Few things that happened:

1) the unit would not power on when it arrived and would not charge
2) after plugging it into the computer it turned on. it would often come back to this condition
3) it would not complete the rotation and would often stop at half or 3/4 turns

I have already updated to the 1.10 firmware.

I bought this from Aliexpress and the store name is HEAVY KNIGHT store

How can i get this fixed?
