Battery dead?

I bought 2 of these, the first siezed up and would no longer turn when powered.

The 2nd was working fine, however when I press the button nothing seems to happen after leaving it unplugged for a couple of weeks. WHen I plug it into a USB charger the unit will go into DFU, or if I press briefly and twist my wrist it'll turn for a second before entering DFU.

I can upgrade the firmware, have tried latest (1.10), however as soon as I unplug from USB the unit seems completely dead. When plugged in the batter icon seems full with the charge indicator on it.

Any ideas what I can do here?
