Change gear reduction to 1:123 for 203 RPM screw speed (better)

I need 200 RPM screw speed for assembly. 203 will help to compensate for loading.

That's fine, the tool already has plenty of torque, and the 2-56 fasteners I'm assembling are delicate.

Help! Our corded screwdriver has no clutch any more, and we're stripping the plastic threads in our product with the steel screws!
Where can I buy your 400 RPM screwdriver? I know the clutch on that would work!
I need help NOW!
