Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade firmware of my ts100 but constantly getting ERR on the hex file.
Can you direct me where to look for the problem?

Check your DFU version (3.43) with the latest version 2.17 firmware upgrade.Use the USB3.0 interface to upgrade.

My question is:
Is it possible to calibrate the voltage value? as seen from the picture it is wrong...

Voltage is not calibrated, only the reference temperature can be calibrated.The measuring voltage of the machine itself will be 3%~5%
