Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a brand new Miniware TS101 (PCB version TS101_V1.51) for smartphone micro-soldering work.

The iron works fine out of the box for basic soldering, but I hit a wall with the installed Bootloader DFU v1.06. It rejects both official firmware updates and custom boot logo images:

1. Official Firmware Update Failure (to v2.20):
- Copying the official .hex firmware file -> Generates a TS101A~1.ERR / FW.ERR file.
- Copying .bin files -> Generates a .NOT file, and after rebooting, the iron STILL boots into the factory v2.11 firmware instead of applying the update.
- Tested on Windows (CMD/PowerShell) and Linux (Zorin OS) with clean transfers, but the bootloader rejects it every time.

2. Custom Boot Logo (.BMP) Failure:
- I tried setting a custom boot logo using 1-bit monochrome BMP files in both specified resolutions (96x16 and 128x32, using LOGO.BMP / LOGOM.BMP).
- Placed the file in the root directory in normal USB mode as well as copying it in DFU mode -> The device completely ignores the file and the startup logo remains unchanged.

Has anyone with the new TS101_V1.51 PCB / DFU v1.06 successfully updated to factory v2.20 or changed the boot logo? Is there an updated official firmware package or specific file format/naming convention required for DFU v1.06?
