After downloading the compressed file, please unzip the firmware file to the computer first. Then copy the firmware to DT71.

I can't update the DT71 firmware.
I downloaded the latest firmware, extracted the DT71APP115.hex file, then copied it to the device.
After a while I see DT71AP~1.ERR.
The user manual says that in firmware mode the display should show "DFU 3.55", but my display shows "DFU:V3.52".
What should I do?

Can you try other computer? WIN7 and WIN10 is better.
And Please turn off the firewall and anti-virus software, and use the USB port directly from the computer motherboard.
