Currently, the MDP-P906 voltage converter has the latest firmware version 3.01, and the MDP-M01 display module has the latest firmware version 2.03.001.
Today, I encountered an annoying issue with the voltage converter, which could even be considered a malfunction or a software glitch. It manifests itself as follows: if I adjust the output voltage in tens of volts, then when the voltage drops from 30 to 29 volts, the converter simply shuts down. This happens very frequently, requiring me to restart the voltage converter over and over again. I've made a video demonstrating the problem ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_IIk3GwrrI ).
I also noticed that the voltage converter shuts off when the output terminals are activated and the voltage drops from 30 to 29 volts.
In both cases, the voltage converter was powered via the USB-C port using the Power Delivery protocol.
Please tell me what this is related to, and how can I solve this problem? |
