Same for me. Set device to upgrade mode, copied DS202.A135.hex to device and it got renamed as DS202A~1.ERR with 0 bytes.  Please instruct on how to update.

OS: Mac 10.9 Mavericks.

Also, where is this V1.36?

What edition is DFU?
Upgrade MAC's latest system.

Thank you. Was 1.36 and 1.37 just upload today? For some reason I only see V1.35 at top at first. Mac still not work. Used a Win PC and it works. Thanks for the help.
