Hello,

I have an issue with my MHP50 where the displayed temperature is approximately 24°C lower than the actual temperature. I've tried to correct this using the temperature offset function in the menu, but unfortunately the offset has no effect on the displayed temperature.

Details:
- Actual temperature (measured with external thermometer): ~220°C
- Displayed temperature: ~196°C
- Temperature offset adjustment: Set to maximum +20°C (the limit), but no change in display
- Firmware version: [please insert your version here]

The offset function appears to be not working at all. I've tried:
1. Setting offset via menu multiple times
2. Power cycling the device
3. Checking if the offset is actually being saved

Questions:
- Is this a known issue with a firmware fix available?
- Are there any recent firmware updates (V2.01 or later) that address this temperature calibration bug?
- Is there a workaround, such as editing the config.txt file directly?

Thank you for your help!

Best regards

What version of firmware do you have?
The temperature calibration of MHP50 is required to be performed at 280 degrees Celsius. This means that you need to adjust the set temperature to 280 degrees Celsius, then heat it up to 280 degrees Celsius as well. After that, measure the temperature externally to compare the temperature deviation, and adjust the temperature compensation in the menu.
