MDP-P906 power issue, PD 20V/5A not always

I'm using the PD3. 1 power source, see the photo. This one works well with TS101 and MHP50 (black Miniware cable, 20V, 5A). However, my new MDP-P906 behaves strangely. Sometimes, it inputs as 20V/5A, but most often as 5V/3A. If I call the menu then the device set 12V/3A. Sometimes, if the current mode 20V/5A, then the device autoshitdown, after that 5V/3A. This problem happened again with the charging from MacBook Pro. At first, all was ok, output 30V/10A/ disabled, input 20V/5A. Then I tried to select  the shortcut menu 24V/10A. The device turned off and after reboot 5V/3A.

Immediately after the purchase, I installed version 3.01. It was the error. I returned 1.33 version and glitches disappeared.

There is a problem anyway. I start to work and without restart the device changed to 12V/3A.
Why? It started as 20V/5A. Why?

This is most likely a PD protocol compatibility issue. When the P906 connects to certain PD chargers, the voltage increases step-by-step from 5V to 9V to 12V to 20V. If you press the output button when the voltage reaches 5V, it may continue to connect to 5V. You may need to wait until the voltage reaches 20V before pressing the output button again to connect to 20V. We recommend that you use a different power supply with the P906.

Also, I used MacBook Pro charger. The first mode after connect is random. It can be 5V or 20V. If it was 5V the It would be 12V after I were pressed Menu button. But It isn't increased in the future. 12V maximum. To increase it, you need to turn it off and on several times. I don’t have this problem when I use TS101 and MHP50. See how MHP50 is made. See how MHP50 is made, it restart many times to select 20V. Ts101 is 20v at once. But MDP-0906 - it's a headache.

Also, I used MacBook Pro charger. Both chargers behave similar in this situation. After the device is started it can be switched to 5V or 20V mode at once. If it switched to 20V, then it can switch back to 5V. If it switched to 5V, then it can switch to 12 after I press the Menu button, but not 20V ), even after waiting. Both chargers I use to my TS101 and MHP50. It works fine. TS101 is always 20V. MHP50 makes restart after start unless it switch to 20V.
