TS100 "Sen-err" Help me!!!!

Good afternoon. Help me. after turning on the soldering iron get the message "Sen-err" and indicates the temperature of the 510. Sting gets hot. Contact inside checked. everything is fine. Help me please!!!

"Sen-Err" is the soldering tip did not contact, Please confirm the above two contacts is complete contact, or try anohter soldering tips.
If still not work , Please post ts100 to me ,And I change a new one for yor.

Good afternoon. I checked as you recommend. Contact is very good. I checked on another heater. The error persists.

Hi, got the same. Also when I plug the 19V 2.1A power supply in the ts100, the iron begin heating up to 512 Celsius. The tip was glowing orange. When I let it cool for a while, I tried to calibrate the iron, but got failed sign. Now I can't use it due the very hot tip of 512 Celsius. Everything else works fine. Also the tip is properly set inside. Maybe something with the new firmware? 2.12v
