Testing and comments after I received the DS202

1. The package is poorly wrapped.


2. In the package there are two boxes. One box includes the oscilloscope that has a glass surface and a sheer aluminum shell. The other contains the probe which needs manual assembly. In addition, there is a screwdriver.


3. Following the instructions inside the box to assemble the probe.


4. Checking the wave forms at 1k output


5. Checking the wave forms exported from DS202. They look nice. But the forms slightly deform after the peak value of the negative half axis. I think the problem could be fixed by software though.
Dissembling with the screwdriver...


6. I find the capacity of the battery is 550ma. Now, the disassembling process continues...




7. Here are the LTD on the front side and the matrix touch on the front glass.


8. This is the close-up shot of the chip on the pcb board. The shot was taken in the evening. So it might be a little bit vague.
