I'm requesting support regarding my Miniware ES15S smart screwdriver.

The device was working normally, but suddenly the screen stopped displaying any information.

The screwdriver works, but the screen is completely black and displays no information.

Can you share your solutions for this problem?

Device: Miniware ES15S

Problem: Blank screen (black screen)
