Will the MHP50 work with a USB-C power supply rated PD of 28V 5A?

Will it damage the MHP50?

Full PD & PPS profile:
USB-C1: 5V=3A, 9V=3A, 12V=3A, 15V=3A, 20V=5A, 28V=5A, PPS: 3.3-11V=4.05A, 3.3-21V=5A; (140W)

Yes, MHP50 supports PD3.1 28V 5A input, which will not damage MHP50.
You need a charger or mobile power bank that supports the PD3.1 standard protocol (not the manufacturer's proprietary protocol), a power cord that supports the PD3.1 protocol, and update MHP50 to V2.0 or above.
