MHP50 Never reaches 230C

Hello,

My MHP50 works fine as a REFLOW oven with my 24 volt 10 amp DC power supply.
My MHP50 works fine if I set the HEAT to 250C.  It gets to 248C.

It does not reflow properly with a 65 watt USB-C PD power supply.
It goes up to 229C and stops there.  It may flash 230 for 1 second occasionally.
It does not drop out of the reflow stage because it never beeps that it got to the reflow stage of 230C.
I let it run and it stayed at 229 for over 5 minutes.
I am using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable.

I am using a model KA65D-US power supply by ELEGRP from Amazon. Rated 20 Volts, 3.25 Amps, 65 Watts.
The voltage shown on the MHP50 display bounces back and forth between 20 volts and 19 volts as the heater is turned on and off.
SV: 2.01, HV: 1.00

I am using version 2.01.
When I use a 24 volt 10 amp DC power supply, good results.
When I use a 100 watt USB-C PD power supply, good results.
Only the 65 watt PD power supply has problems reaching 230C in Reflow Mode.
However it reaches 250C in Heat Mode.
