MHP50 shuts off at start of Weld Interval

Hi,

I have a new MHP50 that I have updated to version 2.00 of the firmware.

As soon as it gets to 230C in the reflow program it turns power off to the hot plate.

It beeps and shows the 'A' interval OK with 140C and pauses.
It beeps and shows the 'B' interval OK with 160C and pauses.
It then shows the temperature rise to 230C, beeps, does not show 'C', the plate power is turned off, and the temperature drops.
It may stay at 230C for 2 or 3 seconds.

Is there a fix for this

How are your reflux temperature and reflux time set?

They are set in the provided config.txt file.

Can you take a video of the problem and send it to service@minidso.com?

Here is the photo you requested.  All my videos are too large.
132730 At the peak  where it hits 230C, and beeps .
132944 The graph after it hits 230C, no letters for some reason.
At the peek it beeps once, and the temperature starts to drop.
