Thank you @minidso for fast reply! I noticed that UGREEN and ANKER and maybe some others have very similar products with same specs and layouts which makes me think it all comes from same manufacturer with similar hardware. Do you maybe have this powerbank from ANKER?
There is still time for me to return the UGREEN 200W powerbank that I purchased but I would love to use your powersupply in the field.
And by the way, all my TS100 and TS101 works perfectly with this powerbank.
If there is any way that I can help you in this matter, please let me know! Would love to resolve that issue and help you make product even more amazing!  |
