We are trying to improve the PD compatibility of P906 through software, please be patient.
Could it be that it's not supported when PPS, programmable power supply, is supported. I have a 3 port gan 66w oreimaccharger that turns off also and it supports PPS.
What i find is that if i only use one of the usbc ports then the p906 turns on, but if i have two p906 commented to the two usbc ports at the same time then the p906 turns off exactly like shown in the video. Also if i connect the mdp-l1060 and a mdp-p906 both to the usbc ports then the p906 turns off after it boots up, so it's since this is I'm using both usbc ports that are PPS ports regardless if no devices are powered on; the second connected device doesn't need to be powered on, but only connected to the second USBC port.
Now, i can get it to stay on with multiple devices, p906, etc, connected to the same 66w charger if i hold the on button, p906, through the full boot cycle,
So why will the p906 stay powered on if i hold the power button for about 5 seconds, but if i hold the power button for only 2 seconds then it turns off after booting, but only if multiple devices are connected to the dual usbc PD ports. This is when I'm using 2 miniware e-marker 240w cords.
Also, if I'm using the 1 usbc port for a p906 with usb3.0 cords then it powers on and if i use 2 usbc ports with usb 3.0 cords then both p906 devices will power on. The first time they powered on, both turned off after 8-10 seconds, but i turned them both back on and they stayed powered on. I didn't hold the power button for more than 2 seconds, so it seems that if i just instantly reboot the devices then they stay powered on.
It seems like this may be related to PPS support and possibly PD e-markers as well.
