hi, i've recently bought a ts80p iron but i can't use it for the following reason: No tip found

so before comming on this forum, i tried a few things, mainly:

checking if the tip was properly plugged in, that didn't fix the issue9 t7 _+ Z8 W6 [1 i$ X
, S6 U. H. Q" A5 G" L5 [% mchecking the power given to the iron, that didn't fix it either- R% x& {9 Y. z* m% y6 t0 g
& G7 x) p! e8 T1 ^& S8 U& nchecking the software and reinstalling it, that didn't fix it.

So i'd like to know if it is possible to wipe out the bootloader and software to reinstall a previous version, because right now if i try to install a previous version, the output of it is a .ERR file (i tried redownloading a bootloader from miniware's github, tried to pass the bootloader, got a .ERR, tried the runtime, got .ERR, i tried to look into it but they all gave me .ERR, the only .RDY i got was when reinstalling the 1.3 version, which is the faulty one)0 O!
