TS100 temperature problem

Dear Sirs, recently my TS100 stopped working normally. After turning on the heating, the actual temperature of the tip does not correspond to that displayed on the screen; the actual temperature is more than 100 degrees lower.

In order for the soldering iron to start melting the solder, the temperature has to be set to 400 degrees Celsius, but even then the power is not the same as it was before.

I tried calibration procedure, but it didn't help.

While the heating is not turned on, the soldering iron shows the correct room temperature (25-27 degrees Celsius).
In addition, if I heat the TS100 tip with another soldering iron, the TS100 also shows the correct temperature (+/- 10 degrees Celsius).

What can be done in this case, I checked the tip contacts on the printed circuit board, but I don’t see any problems. And I tried another soldering tip - the problem remains.
