ES15 Impact Function Bug

Hi, I recently got an ES15, but the impact function does not seem to operate properly. On the latest version as of this post (V1.08), there is a 3-5 second delay before impacting, as well as inconsistent impacting. I put V1.00 firmware on the device and the impact feature functioned as expected, zero delay. Not sure when this issue arose, V1.07 also has the same issue. I can send any videos if you'd like.

I am also having an issue with the torque not activating for 3-5 seconds. I think of we are wanting to have the impact functionality on, then the impact should happen immediately or a half a second after. Having the impact not starting till 3-5 seconds after really slows down assembly and disassembly times enough to be annoying. Developers, I'm hoping you can address this issue quickly. Thank you for making such a great electronic screwdriver. It just needs some minor tweaks.

I am also having this issue with the latest update of the ES15. The torque won't kick in for 3-5 seconds so it really slows down assembly or disassembly. I love the impact feature, but the time to kick in needs to be immediate if we want to impact the screws. I'm hoping the developers will make this change in the firmware very soon.

Still waiting on a fix for this issue, it really is a big thing holding me back from enjoying and recommending this screwdriver.
No real help from email support, just supposedly information being passed onto the "technology department". It'd be nice to just have any update on whether this is even being looked into.
