TS80 Low Voltage issue

Hey. I am having famous Low Voltage issue for TS80. I cannot get my soldering iron to work no matter what.

When I try to start heating the tip, I get Low voltage error immediately. The Power supply I use:

I have tried:
1. Updated FW version to 1.07 but didint make any difference.
2. Tried multiple USB C cables but didint make any difference.

Are there any other debugging methods to try before I return this iron?
