DT71 not recognized by computer

I received my DT71 this week. Everything works very well except it is not recognized by any computer.
The display reads: DFU:V3.53 4.997V but the computer cannot communicate with DT71.
I have tried 4 different computers: Linux, XP, Win7, and Win10.
How can I get it to work? I would like to change the Defaults and update when new firmware is released.

What data cable do you use? have a picture or video of probrom?
