Problem with USB-C Port?

Hello,

I've a new MPD-P905 device and I_m very happy.
The DC-Input works fine and the device powers on an I can use the device.

But I tihink that I've trouble with the USB-C Port:
- If I connext the P905 with an USB-C to USB-C cable to my MacBookPro nothing happends. The device shows no reactions, no power on.
- If I press the set button and connect the P905 with an USB-C to USB-c cable to my MacBookPro, then i press short the menu Button -> nothing happends. The device shows no reactions, no power on and it doesn't go into DFU mode.

I've tried several USB-C cables. These work fine with other devices like hard disks, cameras (GoPro, Olympus OMD) or TS80P.
What is wrong with the USB-port?

Do I need an extra cable for the updates? I've seen an youtube video. In this video there is an USB to jack plug cable used to connect the computer to the P905.

The device I have is very new. The firmware is 1.25.

minidso

MDP-P905 only supports USB-A to USB-C data lines. The data cable USB-C to USB-C is not supported. Please try to replace the data cable.
