Stuck after update to V1.27

Hi,
I need help please, my DSO is stuck on DFU screen after update to V1.27, after switch off/on it shows a FPGA configuration error and then stays on DFU screen.
When I try to load a new firmware the firmware is renamed from .hex to .err
What's wrong ?
Is there something missing in the update procedure described on the readme file ?

Hi try this.
Enter DFU by holding button 1 + power on. On the computer you should see a drive. All file attached.
Lets flash the FPGA
Copy the FPGA018.ADR. Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk FPGA018.SET. Next copy FPGA018.BIN, Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk FPGA018.USE and FPGA018.RDY. You have successfully flashed the FPGA.

Next,
Copy the LOGO.ADR. Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk LOGO.SET. Next copy LOGO.BIN, Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk LOGO.USE and LOGO.RDY. You have successfully flashed the Logo.

Finally,
Copy the APP1.ADR. Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk APP1.SET. Next copy APP1.BIN, Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk APP1.USE and APP1.RDY.  Copy the APP2.ADR. Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk APP2.SET. Next copy APP2.BIN, Device will reconnect and you should see on the disk APP2.USE and APP2.RDY.
You have successfully flashed the App 1.27.
Also, Windows 7 works best, 10 is ok. Linux and Osx cause troubles.
