ES120 Suddenly stopped working

I was using my ES120 when it shut off.  Figuring it needed a charge, I plugged it in.  The screen did not turn on, even when the button was pressed.  Handle got warm, so it seemed to be charging, left it on until it was back at room temp.  Pressing button did nothing.  Plugged into Windows 10 PC, windows reports it as an unrecognized device.  Holding down button when plugging into computer does nothing, no DFU mode or anything.

Really disappointed.  This was working perfectly fine and then now it's completely not working.  Help!

This is the error message the windows showed:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
