MDP-M01 White screen

Just received the MDP kit, looks really nice! but after powering the MDP-M01, the screen stays white. Pressing buttons and reflashing the latest firmware did not work.
What can I try next?

My issue was fixed by disassembling and reassembling the display (removing the glued sides).
