TS-100 acceleration sensor is dead out of the box

Hi, I recently purchased TS-100 and was impressed how nice it is in the hand. Super fast heating from 24v and I am happy customer, but ... wait ... It is going to sleep mode ... Wow, it has sleep mode! Has to wake up on movement ... But it doesn't ... Ok, pressing button. Awake ... And, go to sleep again just in the middle of the soldering. Doesn't matter if it is in a hand. In sleep mode it is until any button pressed. It is all on factory 2.18 firmware.
OK, let's try Ralim. Installed easy and going to settings-sleep mode is set to 1 minute-trying to change and it is going to Sleep-OFF. I can't choose any sleep timeout option. It is only OFF option. The same for IDLE timeout settings. Just one option return it back to 1 minute-it is factory settings reset.
Ralim has "debug" info where all data is shown including acceleration sensor. The data is shown for it is always 0.

What is it kind of issue? Support doesn't answer: Q
