Bad Screen bought through Amazon.ca

Bought ES121 from Amazon.ca ( https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07SV3K2X4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )
The screen on the unit is very dim ... You can see it next to The soldering iron screen.

I did update the firmware but that didn't help.
Can you adjust brightness somehow? Wondering if brightness was turned off?

The amazon seller just gave me my money back... I thought they had OLED screens? The way mine is acting it is as if they LCD backlight is off.
