change time base in "hold" mode bug?

Hello,

I just got my DSO213 today. I am surprized i must say - Quite good quality for a good Price! Very nice.
But - I found two issues:

1. The Single trigger bug. Just as it is already getting discussed in the last days --> http://www.minidso.com/forum.php ... &extra=page%3D1

2. Adjusting the time base in "Hold" mode, or generally - when no trigger is updating the waveform:
   - in "Run" mode:
the shown waveform gets updated accordingly with every new trigger event. Everything works fine here, i would say.

   - in "Hold"mode:
when changing the time base to check the current waveform - the waveform does not update according to the set time base. The waveform stays as it is.
But the measurement values change (frequ, Duty, etc). Meaning, the values do not reflect what was really measured…

I would be glad, if you could help me with that issue. Perhaps there is only a simple change in settings needed (?)...

Szenario:
- Channel A measures square wave signal from wave output (out).
- Trigger mode: Auto, rising edge
- Square wave signal set to 200 Hz


Picture 1:
Time base is set to 500us. Run mode. Measurements (cycl, frqn) OK.




Picture 2:
Changed time base to 1ms during measuring and continouing triggering. Run mode. Shown waveform updated. Measurements (cycl, frqn) OK.




Picture 3:
Szenario like Picture 1, but changed into Hold mode. Trigger stopped. Measurements (cycl, frqn) still OK.




Picture 4:
changed time base while being in "Hold" mode. time base 1ms. Shown Waveform stays the same. Measurements (cycl, frqn) change to values that does not reflect the reality (signal = 200 Hz; measurment = 100 Hz).

This is bug, we will fix it in next version firmware.

I think they may have given up on this device. Which is super depressing seeing as I just purchased one. It should arrive this tuesday 5/28/2019
