Need advise to recover DS213 after failure firmware upgrade

Hello.
I tried to upgrade my DS213 with custom firmware. After that my DS is unable to turn on. It just shows start screen (FPGA Configuration OK!) and nothing happens. Is there some sort of recovery procedure for that kind of situation? Pls could someone give original firmware so i can restore my device? I tried to search but didnt succeded because google site translation is not so well. Or maybe service mode or reset to factory defaults? pls help

Thank you for your reply. But firmware didnt help. Device is still at starting screen. Also when i connect my DS213 to computer (not in firmware upgrade mode) Windows says that device cannot be recognized. And the second thing that when i copy .hex to DFU storage and when the process is almost complete DFU storage disconnect. It didnt change extention from .hex to .rdy it just close. Any solution?

Try to disable any antivirus before copying the file.

No success. I think DS213 just even cant to upgrade firmware. Because as soon as i start to copy .hex to the DFU usb-storage it disconnects. What else can i do?
PLS DSOsupport is there a way you can help me or i should send device to seller?
