DC Connector Broke !

Hi,
The DC connector PIN of my TS100 broke. Now the device is nearly unusable.

What can I do now? Where can I get a replacement connector or replacement device?

I sent a message to service@minidso.com, but i still wait for a response.

I thought I would recommend this soldering iron to my community but if it is not repairable after a few weeks of use, it is not a good choice.
