I want to update my oscilloscope and I can not. Its data are DS202, Ver.3.12, DFUV3.60D, APPV1.36 APP1. When I copy the DS202APP.hex file from DS202.Source.V1.37 into an oscilloscope, in DFU mode as shown in the manual, the DS202APP.hex file changes itself to DS202APP.err. If I write DS202APP.rdy, nothing happens, if I write .hex then it changes itself in .rdy and nothing happens. What is the problem? Thank you.
Are you using Windows 10? If so try it with Windows 7 or XP. Its knows older DFU has problems with Windows 10. Also you might want to copy 10 times. Good luck.
