TS80 does not heat up - Low Vot error

Hi. I have the same prob, that the TS80 turns off after I've connected it with Omars powerbank. A firmware update to 1.07 didn't help. The firmware of Ralim worked for some 20 seconds longer, then the TS08 turned off again. Got an idea how to solve this problem?

I haven't had time yet to look into the firmware code again. My real problem in providing free fixes is the commercial toolchain they are using. Too expensive for a hobbyist. Maybe I find some time until my evaluation expires. Seems that it could help more people...

I have the same problem with the TS80P low voltage error using myCharge Razor Turbo Model: RZQC20KK-B.

Tried TS80 workaround to no avail:

1) Short press the key for "Setting" after powering up the TS80
2) After "WkTemp" is being displayed, long press the same key to exit the settings
3) Short press the key for "Heating"
4) The TS80 shall heat up instead of displaying the LOW VOLT error

I am using the usb c cable provided. I was able to get it to work but not consistent. Using the latest firmware for TS80P Ver. 1.23. Reflashed but that did not fix the low- voltage error.

We recommend that you should select the powerbank which supports PD protocol and support 12V 3A output. Thank you!
