My DS212 has developed a fault. the charge light is constantly ON even tho it is not charging, on the screen it shows the usb is plugged in and charging. This severely reduces the battery life

I have bought this oscilloscope 4 months ago. Is there a year manufacturer's warranty?? Or what do i do get this fixed?

Can you try open the case of DS212, Disconnect the battery and reconnect the battery.

Yep tried it, disconnected the lithium battery and gave it a minute and then reconnected it. Unfortunately still the same problem
