dso 203 dont show voltage at 0,5V/div and lower

Hi, i have a problem with my DSO 203.
When i put Channel A to 0,5V/div or lower the Zero line jumps over the Display range. I cant see the Zero line and i cant messure any signal lower then 0,5V on channel A. When i put channel A over 1V /div i can see the zero line at the display. Channel B works fine on all voltage range / div.

Channel A dindt work with:
0,5V / div
0,2V /div
0,1V /div
50mV/div

Can you please help me.
I love this DSO and cant understand what is the issue.

At the first picture you can see that all is fine with channel A on 1V/div. The same is with 2, 5, and 10V/div. The zero line didnt hit out the display.



At the second picture you can see the issue. The zero line hit out of the display at channel A the blue Channel. In this moment i messure nothing. I cant messure anything with this Problem under 1V/div because the line hit out the display. You see channel B the yellow channel have no problem.


Which problem have my little DSO. :*(

Based on your question, it is recommended to change the mode to AUTO, change the time base to 100us, and then check your input signal, or input the signal from channel B to channel A.

Hi and thanks for your help. I put now the time to 100 us and auto. You can see, when i go under 1V / div the zero line from the blue channel hit out the display. I cant see the signal anymore. Over and equal 1V/div i can see the signal. I pute channel A and channel B on the same place to get the same signal. I hope you understand this. Sorry, english is not my best language.
