TS100 for microsoldering

It would be cool if the TS100 could be used for microsoldeing, it's powerful enough for it, but for this kind of work where you deal with minuscule components, it requires specialized cartridges that are ultra fine on the tip.

Also for this kind of work it would be great to be able to grip the TS100 much closer to the tip as this allows for better movement control while soldering. Maybe some material around the cartridge that would protect the users hand from burning would work.

Dear MINI DSO, I also use TS100 mainly for microsoldering and looking forward to all improvements in that area. What kind of upgrades do you refer to? Is that replacement tips TS-ILS and TS-C1 or there is something else. I would like to see in future replacement tip "J shaped". Looking forward to here from you. Thanks

oh... I was hoping that it would be some improvements for TS100, already spent significant amount of money for TS100 tips... When it will see light of day? Regards

Yeah! The MINIDSO stuff is very good, but very expensive.
