Include a menu to set max. RPM ahead of time, so the speed is consistent every time.
Minimum function would be to select between 200/400 RPM, but better would be to select speed +/- 50 RPM each step.So, 50 RPM minimum, then 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and then 400 RPM.
