Change gear reduction to 1:125 for 200 RPM screw speed

The ES120's 173 RPM is just a little slow for my production at the company I work for. 200 RPM would help; it's the same speed as the slow setting for the other cordless electric screwdrivers. Just changing the reduction gear to a ratio of 1:125 would do this. The ES120 has plenty of torque; losing a little for a higher rotation rate would be acceptable to me.
