My mini doesn't do single shots at slow rates

Hi.
Today I noted my DS203 serial E217C09F. SYS ver 1.40    APP Ver 2.42   Doesn't do single scans  at slow times per division. It work perfect at fast rates but when I program to do a scam at 1S/Div. it never start . I am sure all sets are well adjusted (It is a routinary procedure in my job but today didn't do it.

I tried Using Wave out function to check probes and looks great. but do not work at slow rates.
At 100mseg/div the trace start after 8to 10 seconds after signal is input.
Any sugest?

Base when choosing slow at that time, sampling time, so the show also grow.
In slow time base, you can adjust the sampling depth, such as 1 k or less,
on the right side of the column of "T0" an option below
